Menu Change: "Transfer payments -> Change" Dropped

Description

The transaction Transfer payments -> Change is forbidden as of 3.0F.

Transfer payments are postings of actual data. The system does not permit subsequent changes to actual postings.

Changes to the Interface

In the Project System "Project Execution" menu, the "Change" option has been removed from the path Costs/Revenues -> Transfer payments.
