Settlement Rule in the Network

Description

A strategy for determining the settlement rule in the network can be stored.

It is stored for each strategy, in which sequence the determination is to be carried out:

• copying the settlement rule of the WBS element

• copying the settlement rule of the project definition

• generating a settlement rule on the WBS element

• generating a settlement rule by default rule (predefined by the system)

• manual maintenance of the settlement rule

The strategy is maintained in Customizing and stored for each network type in the parameters for the network. If no strategy is maintained for a network type, a settlement rule is generated by default rule or the settlement rule must be maintained manually.

Effects on Customizing

If necessary, define a strategy to determine the settlement rule and assign it to the parameters for the network type:

• Strategy for determining the settlement rule: Additional information

• Parameter for the network type: Additional information
