Changes to Status Management in the Project System

Description

The following changes were made to status management in Release 3.0:

  • The system status Approved for budget allocation is no longer required.
You can allocate the budget once the status Created has been set.
If you want to prevent budget allocation after "Created", you will have to define your own user status.
The system status Approved is retained for reasons of compatibility, however, it can no longer be set.
  • The system statuses technically closed and final billing can be reversed.
When you reverse the status technically closed, the previous status is set again.
