Customer Functions in the Project System

Description

In Release 3.0, the following customer functions (user exit) are provided in the Project System:

  • Check on user-defined fields
  • Authorization check
  • Project interest calculation
  • Resource-related billing

The following enhancements are available:

  • Within development class CN (application development R/3 PS Project Management)
  • CNEX0001 (PS user-defined fields)

  • CNEX0002 (PS authorization check)

  • Within development class KAHF (application development R/3 PS Cost Accounting Reporting)
  • KPSHZIN1 (project interest calculation: line-item table modification)

  • KPSHZIN2 (project interest calculation: checking line-item relevance)

  • KPSHZIN3 (project interest calculation: interest result)

  • Within development class KSDI (CO/SD integration)
  • KSDIEX01 (expense calculation in resource-related billing)

PS user-defined fields: Enhancement CNEX0001

The enhancement CNEX0001 contains the following components:

  • EXIT_SAPLCJSS_001: PS customer exit for user-defined fields in the standard work breakdown structure
  • EXIT_SAPLCJWB_001: PS customer exit for user-defined fields in the work breakdown structure
  • EXIT_SAPLCONW_001: PS customer exit for user-defined fields in the network
  • EXIT_SAPLCPDO_001: PS customer exit for user-defined fields in the standard network

PS authorization check: Enhancement CNEX0002

The enhancement CNEX0002 contains the following components:

  • EXIT_SAPLCNAU_001: PS customer exit for the authorization check of the project definition
  • EXIT_SAPLCNAU_002: PS customer exit for the authorization check of WBS elements
  • EXIT_SAPLCNAU_003: PS customer exit for the authorization check of the network header
  • EXIT_SAPLCNAU_004: PS customer exit for the authorization check of activities in the network
  • EXIT_SAPLCNAU_005: PS customer exit for the authorization check of milestones
  • EXIT_SAPLCNAU_006: PS customer exit for the authorization check of PS texts

The customer functions in PS are in the function group XCN1.

Project interest calculation: Enhancement KPSHZIN1

The enhancement KPSHZIN1 contains the following component

  • EXIT_SAPLHFC1_001: Project interest calculation: Line-item table modification

Project interest calculation: Enhancement KPSHZIN2

The enhancement KPSHZIN2 contains the following component

  • EXIT_SAPLHFC1_002 : Project interest calculation: Checking the line item relevance

Project interest calculation: Enhancement KPSHZIN3

The enhancement KPSHZIN3 contains the following component

  • EXIT_SAPLHFC1_0033: Project interest calculation: Interest operating profit

Resource-related billing: Enhancement KSDIEX01

The enhancement KSDIEX01 contains the following components

  • EXIT_SAPLEBBI_001 - expense item calculation for invoicing actual expenditure.
  • EXIT_SAPLEBBI_002 - reading expense items for the document flow

The interface parameters are described in the parameter documentation of the respective function module. You should reference the documentation on transaction CMOD if you are going to implement your own functions.
