Project Summarization: New Developments in 3.0

Description

Project summarization was enhanced by the following functions:

• Activities and activity elements

During project summarization, not only WBS elements but also the activities and the activity elements with characteristics of class type 14 (projects) can be provided and summarized together.

• Planned budget values and breakdown structure values

Previously, only values which referenced cost elements were included in the project summarization. With Release 3.0, planned budget values and breakdown structure values independent of cost elements can also be summarized.

• Orders for project

Only the plan values for appended orders are included in the project summarization.

• Analysis

The operating profits of summarization were analyzed so far via predefined summarization reports. With Release 3.0, the summarization dates can be analyzed flexibly with the interactive drill-down report (EIS technology).
