Resource Information System: New Reporting Options

Description

In Release 3.1G, you have new options to evaluate purchasing data in projects. Until now, you could only display purchase requisitions or purchase orders for a single network or for a single WBS element.

In Release 3.1G, you can

• Display purchasing data for one or more projects at the same time

• Limit or extend your selection further as is standard in the Project Information System

• Convert purchase requisitions to purchase orders, providing you have the appropriate authorization

Changes to the Interface

To evaluate purchasing data in the Resource Information System, choose the menu options Logistics -> Project management -> Information system and then Resources -> Purc. requisitions -> For project or Resources -> Purchase orders -> For project.
