Changes in the Project Cost/Revenue/Finance Information System

Description

  1. As of Release 3.1G, you can access the cost/revenue/finance structure reports using variants in online processing too.
You can only fetch variants in online processing - you cannot store them. Variants can only be maintained in background processing.
To access background processing for variant maintenance, go to the information system menu and choose Tools -> Structure reports -> Background procssg. The controlling area set in variant maintenance is only used when you start the variant in background processing. Only processing uses the controlling area currently set for report selection.
  1. As of Release 3.1G, you can display archived data in the cost/revenue/ finance information system.
To display archive data in the report, you must set the archive data indicator in the database profile.
To do this, choose the database change function in the report call selection screen. Select Archive data in the request screen and return. The report call selection screen now includes an Archive field.
