Archiving Documents for Funds Reservations and Fixed Prices

Description

As of Release 3.1G, you can archive documents for funds reservations, fixed price agreements, and fixed price allocations.

You can use archiving object CA_KBLX to set a deletion indicator in the documents on expiry of a retention period. The documents are then archived.

For more information on archiving funds reservation and fixed price agreement/allocation documents, go to the R/3 Library and choose Basis -> System administration -> Archiving application data -> Project System.

SAP has preconfigured control of the new archiving program. To check or change the general settings, go to step Define control parameters for archiving runs in the implementation guide.

To use the programs for archiving funds reservation and fixed price agrement/allocation documents, go to the operative structures menu in the project system and choose Tools -> Archiving -> Funds res./Fxd price. You can run the programs for archiving funds reservation documents in the internal orders system. Choose Tools -> Archiving -> Funds reservation in the Internal Orders menu.
