Archiving or Deleting Standard Networks
Description
Archiving and deletion of standard networks is released for general use in Release 3.1G.
You can use archiving object PS_PLAN to archive and delete standard networks and their respective transaction data.
You will find information about archiving in the release note Archiving Application Data.
Effects on Customizing
Control of the new archiving program is predefined by SAP. If you want to check or change the settings, refer to the implementation guide under Specify control parameters for archiving runs.
Changes to the Interface
From the Project System menu Basic Data, you access:
- archiving management for standard networks by choosing the menu options Standard structures -> Standard network -> Archive.
- the deletion program for standard networks by choosing the menu options Standard structures -> Standard network -> Delete.
Changes in procedure
For additional information about this procedure, refer to the R/3 Library under Basis Components -> System Administration -> Application Data Archiving and Reorganization -> PS - Project System.
To access archiving from the R/3 main menu, choose the menu options Tools -> Administration and then Management -> Archiving.
