Integration of Plant Maintenance

Description

From Release IS-PS 4.01A you can maintain an assignment between FM-account assignment (Funds center, commitment item, funds and plan maintenance order. Follow on documents of the Plant Maintenance order (reservation, purchase requisition, CO-settlement) are then automatically provided with these FM account assignments.

Effects on Customizing

If you want to use the function described above, you must specify a field status in the Funds Management Customoizing per FM account assignment (Required, Optional, Suppress).

For further information on this, see the Funds Management IMG in the section "Maintain field status for the assignment of FM account assignment".

Changes to the Interface

If you have maintained a field status, you caon maintain the assignment in the plant maintenance order Additional data-> Funds Management.

As long as the FM account assignment standhaltungsauftrag gemäß der Feldsteuerung nicht vollständig ist, ist der Auftragsstatus HMKU (HHM-Kontierung unvollständig) aktiv. Dieser Status verhindert das automatische Erzeugen von Bestellanforderungen für fremdbeschaffte Komponenten und Leistungen sowie das Freigeben des Auftrags.

Vorschlagswerte können aus anderen Kontierungen oder einem speziellen Userexit erzeugt werden.
