Enhancements to the dunning functions

Description

Interest calculation in public law dunning procedures

Starting with this release, the calculation of dunning interest on items which belong together will no longer be treated separately, but be calculated on the group. The interest for the balance of open items for each group per month begun will be calculated according to the demands of public law dunning procedures.

Setting dunning blocks in customer line items

This program allows you to set a dunning block in selected customer line items. You call up the program in the Funds Management menu via Postings -> Tools -> Cash -> Set dunning block. You will find additional information in the Program documentation.

Updating the assignment of dunning procedure to dunning area

This program allows you to update the assignment of dunning procedures to dunning area in the customer and vendor master records. This happens on account of the entries which you have defined in the Customizing of the Funds Management Government component in the step Assigning dunning procedures to a dunning area.

You call up the program in the Funds Managemen menu via Postings -> Tools -> Cash -> Update dunning area-dunning procedure. For further information, see Program documentation.

Completing the assignment of dunning procedure to dunning area

If assignments of dunning procedures to dunning area are missing in the customer and vendor master records, you can apply this program to generate the missing entries.

You call up the program in the Funds Management menu via Postings -> Tools -> Cash -> Complete dunning area-dunning procedures. You will find additional information in the
