Deleting Budget Data of a Commitment Item

Description

Starting with Release 4.02A Funds Management, you use program RFFMBUD2 to delete budget data of a commitment item. In year-dependent commitment items you can choose whether deletion program be executed for an individual fiscal year or for all fiscal years.

The program deletes the budget data of a commitment item within an FM area for all budget versions <> '0'. As soon as budget data exists in budget version '0', the deletion of budget data in other versions is then also no longer possible.

You execute the deletion program in Funds Management Customizing under Budgeting and Availability Control -> Budgeting -> Delete Budget Data of a Commitment Item.
