New Functions in Budget Version Copier

Description

Starting with Release 4.02A Funds Management, you have the following new functions available for copying budget versions:

Enhanced Error Log

You can now decide whether the program should create a detailed error log or only a summarized error message before executing the program.

The enhanced error log gives you a description of the cause of error. By double-clicking on the error line you can call up the long text information on how to correct the error.

Copying Budget Texts

The version copier now also allows the copying of budget short and long texts.

The copying of budget text strictly adheres to the activity - the target budget type corresponds to the source budget type (for example, original budget, supplement and return).

When grouping several budget types in the orignal budget it has the following effect: If a budget text exist for the original budget, the budget text of the original budget is copied. If budget texts for other budget types exist (for example a supplement), these will not be transferred to the original budget.

Otherwise, the functionality of the version copier is not affected by this change.
