Internet Application Component - Project Documents

Description

The new Project Documents Internet application component enables you to access project accompanying documents, which are available in the central R/3 document management system, via the Intranet.

Dependent functions

In order to display documents via the Intranet, a hierarchy must exist in the R/3 System in which the the project elements and their documents are listed.

To create such a hierarchy, in the Project Information System choose Tools -> Intranet -> Document hierarchy. You determine which project elements should appear in the hierarchy and how often the hierarchy is generated.
