Changes in Status Management

Description

In Release 4.0A the following changes have been made in status management in the Project System:

• WBS element system status

The following system statuses can no longer be set for WBS elements:

• Costs planned

• Costs posted

• Revenue planned

• Revenue posted

• WBS element user status

Maintenance of user statuses for WBS elements has been simplified. You can now select several WBS elements on the overview screen and set the user status by choosing Edit -> Status -> User status -> Set.

• System status for standard WBSs

In Release 4.0A you can also change a standard work breakdown structure after it has been released.

• Network system status

The following system statuses for networks have been changed:

• You can now delete network activities, as lon as thea have not been released.

• You can cancel deletion flags on both network headers and network activities.
