Copying Planned Revenues to CO Versions

Description

From Release 4.5A, you can copy the planned revenues in WBS elements to CO versions. The process covers the following values:

• Planned revenues from any relevant sales documents

• Planned revenues from the billing plan for the WBS element.

To use the process, go to the Project Planning menu and choose Costs/Revenues -> Copy planning -> Calculated values.

Changes in procedure

You can copy planned costs and revenues which have been calculated or which you have planned yourself. The CO version then gives you a complete view of the cost/revenue situation in the project.

Changes to the Interface

The menu entry Copy planning -> Orders/networks has been renamed Copy planning -> Calculated values.
