New Archiving Objects

Use

Starting with this release, new archiving objects for the archiving of transaction data are available for you.

In addition to the already existing archivability of earmarked funds (archiving object FM_FUNRES), you can now archive the following FM line items as well:

• Budget hierarchy documents (archiving object FM_BUDHIE)

• Budget entry documents (archivings object FM_BUDENT)

• FI postings (archiving object FM_DOC_FI)

• CO postings (archiving object FM_DOC_CO)

• Commitments and funds transfers (archiving object FM_DOC_OI)

• Commitments/actuals totals records (archiving object FM_ACTSUM)

• Budget totals records (archiving object FM_BUDSUM)

The archiving programs in update runs can only be executed in background jobs.

In a test run, you can execute the program directly in transaction SE38 without a job.

The following authorizations are checked when executing archiving programs:

• Authorization F_002 für archiving, deleting, reloading

• FM area authorization with Activity 46 for first transfer, reconstruction
