Cover Eligibility Changes

Until now an expenditures FM account assignment could claim budget from either revenues increasing the budget or from unilateral or reciprocal cover eligibility.

Starting with this release, FM account assignments can take part in all 3 types of cover eligibility - in the revenues increasing the budget, in unilateral cover eligibility and in reciprocal eligibility.

If you want to restore the previous state, you must define that revenues increasing the budget and the unilateral and reciprocal cover are not compatible in customizing of Funds Management Government, section Restrict Rules for Cover Eligibility.
