Commitment Carryfwd: Documents With Amount 0 Can Also Be Carried Fwd

Scope of Functions

Starting from this release, you can also carry forward documents with amount 0 for the selection, execution and reset of commitment carryforwards. These documents include, for example, completely reduced documents or documents with a deletion indicator. If you want to use this function, you must execute function Include special parameters on the selection screen of the appropriate program (RFFMC001, RFFMCF10, RFFMC040).

You can then choose on the selection screen:

• whether you want to carry forward documents with amount 0

• whether follow-on documents should be checked
  If you activate this check, documents with an amount 0 are only carried forward into the new year, if at least one follow-on document (a document, that refers to this document) was carried forward to the following year or if the document does not have any follow-on documents.

The carryforward of documents with amount 0 is only permitted for individual documents or document number intervals.

You can also use enhancement FMCFDOCZ to determine for each invidual document whether you want to execute carryforward for 0 amounts.
