Changes in Collective Expenditure

Scope of Functions

In order to evaluate a collective expenditure in the info system, the CE commitment items in the standard hierarchy must be assigned to a CE commitment item in an alterantive hierarchy.

Until now, it has been possible to make this assignment using transaction FMNR via the menu path Master Data -> Control -> Collective Expenditure -> Assignment to Collective Expenditure. Transaction FMNR has been deleted.

Starting with this release, you can use the individual processing of a commitment item (transaction FMCIA) to assign the commitment item.

Starting with this release you can use authorization object F_FICA_EAL to control authorization for the editing of collective expenditure rules (FMNP). In addition to this, you can also allocate the authorizations for executing the program for the distribution and integration of plan values and actual values.
