Activating Budget Consistency and Availability Control
Scope of Functions
Until now you could activate/deactivate the automated consistency check during the saving/posting of budget, budget updates and releases as well as availability control in the IMG activity Define Year-Dependent Parameters.
This IMG activity has been subdivide into three activities in this release:
Until now automated consistency checks were only performed in budget version 0. Starting with this release, the consistency check is active for all versions in the standard system.

Effects on System Administration
Until now the settings for budget consistency and availability control were stored in table FM01F. Existing data will be moved to table FM01TOL using program RFMXPR34 during the upgrade. An entry is inserted in table FM01TOL for all budget versions not equal to 0 for which budget data exists. Budget consistency checks are deactivated for these versions.
Adjust all programs referring to table FM01F.
