Converting Already Performed Budget Increases from Revenues

Scope of Functions

If you are using the distribution procedures for revenues increasing the budget, you must - after the release change to Release 461A - convert the existing budget increases to the new budget types and budget subtypes. Only after having done this can you perform budget increases from revenues.

You must first exectue the IMG activities for budget subtypes immediately following the release change. Subsequently, you must execute the PRFFMUDX1 program for each client.

Attention

• If you belong to the Government of Canada customer group, you must execute program PRFFMUDX2.

• If you belong to the German Local Authorities customer group, you may not execute any of these programs.
