Fields in Master Record of Commitment Item (Changed)

Use

Previously, you could create negative budget values for FM account assignments if the clearing item field was selected in the master record of the relevant commitment item. These FM account assignments were only taken into consideration during budget consistency checks in budget version 0.

As of this release, this field is no longer available, and has been replaced with a new field, Negative budget. Compared to the clearing item field, this new field provides enhanced functions for negative budget values. For more information, refer to the release note on Assigning negative budget values.
