Evaluations in the information system (new)
Use
With this release the following new reports that are based on the new logical datebase (LDB) FMF are at your disposal:
- Annual budget: totals records (RFFMTO50)
With this report you can display the budgets from FM account assignments with the SAP List Viewer.

You can call up reports on the revenue cover pools for one of the individual FM account assignments from report Monitor for cover eligibilty.
The new logical database(LDB)FMF will be delivered with this release. Because of the different structure to LDB F1F, new reports based on LDB FMF in general have much better response times. Moreover, you can access more information with the LDB FMF, especially on cover eligibility.
So that you can use the advantages of the new LDB, all the reports included in the standard delivery that were based on LDB F1F, have been converted to LDB FMF. A new report was created for each F1F report; the technical name of the F1F report was transferred and supplemented by letter X.
The F1F reports are still available in this release . They are however no longer needed and as such can not be called up using SAP Easy Access Menu. The F1F reports will not be delivered with the next release.

- CO line items (0PU_IS_PS_33)
If your IS-PS system is connected to a BW system, changes to the named line items during the posting are automatically transferred to the BW system for the assigned info sources. In the BW system no further extraction can be triggered, different to the commitment/actual totals records. For more information, see the Business Warehouse documentation.
With this release the following Business Transaction Events are at your disposal:
- Logical Database FMF - Selektions
With these business transaction events you can fill out the user-defined fields in the logical database or modify the selection screen.
- IS-PS: Delta update into BW
In this BTE you can still change the records that are being transferred to the ODS of BW.
