Automatic Release (Changed)

Use

Previously, when making budget transfers or distributions, the corresponding releases were automatically posted in the background at the same time. Starting from release 4.62, the release will no longer be performed automatically, instead you must activate this function in the Customizing of Funds Management Government.

If you want to work with automatic releases, you must set the Automatic Release indicator for your budget profile(s) in the Customizing of Funds Management Government. To do this, choose Budgeting and Availability Control -> Budget Profiles -> Set Up Budget Profiles.
