Patch 01: Availability Control (Enhanced)

Use

As of this release,for each fund and fund type you can determine that the tolerance limits defined in Customizing for active availability control are only used for a certain budget subtype.

You define this in Customizing Funds Management Government by defining a budget subtype for each fund and/or fund type. If you define a budget subtype for availability control in Customizing, you limit the available budget to this budget type. The remaining budget is then not available for postings.

Note that these settings do not have an effect if you are working with releases because you cannot create budget subtypes for releases. Released budget is always available for defined tolerance limits for postings.

Um festzulegen, daß nur das Budget einer Budgetunterart für Buchungen zur Verfügung steht, müssen Sie im Einführungsleitfaden des Haushaltsmanagement Öffentliche Verwaltung die für einen Fonds und/oder Fondsart relevanten Budgetunterarten hinterlegen.

Wählen Sie hierzu Budgetierung und Verfügbarkeitkontrolle -> Verfügbarkeitskontrolle -> Budgetunterart für Verfügbarkeitskontrolle -> Budgetunterart für Verfügbarkeitskontrolle pro Fonds festlegen/ Budgetunterart für Verfügbarkeitskontrolle pro Fondstyp festlegen.
