Patch 01: Transfer Posting to Budget Subtype for Availability Control (New)

Use

As of this release, you can transfer budget from a budget subtype to the budget subtype for availabilty control defined in Customizing using program Transfer Posting to Budget Subtype for Availability Control (BPRELEASE). The account assignment is not changed in this process. You can also use this program to release budget for assignments at the beginning of a quarter.
