Document Display for Actual Payment Line Items

Description

From Release 4.6A, you can:

• Display documents for actual payments

• Branch directly from the Project actual payment line items report to the source document.

Changes to the Interface

You can access the documents from the report by choosing:

• Environment -> Original document

• Environment -> Accounting document

You can also choose the Document pushbutton.

Changes in procedure

You can access the document display:

• Directly in the report selection by choosing Document display -> Payments

The standard display variant 1SAP is available.

• Indirectly, from the the line item report Project actual payment line items

To this end, choose document category Project Cash Management.

Further notes

It was possible to call up the document display from the line item report from the line item report in releases before 4.0. The conversion of the reporting tool meant this function could not be used in Releases 4.0 and 4.5. An interim installation is possible using OSS Note 110468.
