New Functional Area for Queries to Time Data

Description

In Release 4.5A, the new functional area Time Management is available for generating queries for R/3 Personnel Time Management. Predefined additional fields are delivered in the standard system.

The functional area comprises the following infotypes:

  • Actions (0000)

  • Organizational Assignment (0001)

  • Time Recording Information (0050)

  • Absences (2001)

  • Attendances (2002)

  • Availability (2004)

  • Absence Quotas (2006)

  • Attendance Quotas (2007)

  • Employee Remuneration Information (2010)

  • Time Transfer Specifications (2012)

You can use the functional area as a template for creating your own functional areas, which you can then modify. You can generate various queries on the basis of a function. You can then use them as evaluation reports.

New additional fields have been incorporated in each infotype. These display information on:

  • Summarized values for absence and attendance hours and absence and attendance days for the data selection period.

  • All fields that can be used to predefine cost assignments to the time data from the Absences (2001), Attendances (2002) and Employee Remuneration Information (2010) infotypes.
    Only queries on the business processes personnel cost assignment and activity allocation are possible using HR time data.

  • Different payment from the Attendances (2002) and Employee Remuneration Information (2010).

  • Texts for the infotype fields or additional fields.
