New Field for Customer-Specific Valuation of Attendances

Use

When recording employees' working times in the Attendances infotype (2002), you previously had to determine the business significance of an attendance was using an attendance type (and its subsequent valuation). This meant that time data administrators had to use different attendance types for normal working time and overtime, for example, when recording the number of attendance hours for employees.

As of Release 4.6C, a free indicator is available for the Attendances infotype (2002), which you can use to classify an attendance as overtime, for example, from the point when it is recorded.

You can valuate the indicator according to your specific requirements, either in time evaluation or in day processing of time data.

• If you do not want to use the field, you can make it hidden using the Hide List Entry/Calendar Fields step.
