HCM_LOC_CI_1: Awards and Disciplinary Measures - Russia (New)

Use

As of SAP ECC 6.0, SAP_HR 600, you can store Russia-specific data about awards that you grant your employees and disciplinary measures that you use to punish your employees. You store the data using new, Russia-specific screens for international infotypes, which you call using new personnel actions as follows:

  • According to article 192 and 193 of the Russian Labor Code, employers can use disciplinary measures to punish their employees when they commit certain offenses.
    You store master data related to the punishment process on a new, Russia-specific screen for the Disciplinary Measures /Offenses infotype (860) when you perform one of the new personnel actions, Disciplinary Measure or Cancellation of Disciplinary Measure.
  • According to article 191 of the Russian Labor Code, employers can encourage their employees by granting awards. In addition to the state awards classified by the OKIN system, you can add your own awards and manage them in categories.
    You store master data related to the encouragement process on a new, Russia-specific screen for the existing Awards/Decorations infotype (0861) when you perform the new personnel action, Encouragement.

Since legislation requires employers to keep records of both awards and disciplinary measures resulting from offenses, you store the data in the above infotypes in personnel orders. You use the existing Personnel Order Management report (HRUORD0) to print and subsequently archive the personnel orders.

Effects on Existing Data

If you use the Awards infotype (0183) to store data related to awards, we recommend that you migrate data to the Awards/Decorations infotype (0861) using the Migrate Awards Data report (HRUA_MIGAWARDS).

You enter the duration of disciplinary measures, and the discipline types and reasons that you use for punishing employees in your organization in Customizing for Payroll Russia, by choosing Disciplinary Measures.

You enter the award types, categories, and statuses that you use in your organization in Customizing for Payroll Russia, by choosing Awards.
