HCM_LOC_CI_1: HR Forms for Payroll Russia (New)

Use

As of SAP ECC 6.0, Enterprise Extension Human Capital Management (EA-HR), Business Function HCM Localization Topics, you can use the HR Forms Workplace to create forms based on Russia-specific data in Human Capital Management (HCM).

The new country-specific developments for Russia contain new MetaStars and corresponding MetaDimensions that allow you to generate forms based on data in the following Russia-specific infotypes:

  • Documents and Certificates (0290)
  • Tax and Social Insurance Payments (0291)
  • Additional Social Insurance Data (0292)
  • Other and Previous Employers (0293)
  • Employment Book (0294)
  • Garnishment Orders (0295)
  • Garnishment Documents (0296)
  • Working Conditions (0297)
  • Personnel Orders (0298)
  • Tax Privileges (0299)

You can also use new MetaStars and MetaDimensions to generate reports that read the data stored in Russia-specific fields in the following international infotypes:

  • Addresses (0006)
  • Bank Details (0009)
  • External Transfers (0011)
  • Education (0022)

Furthermore, new MetaStars and MetaDimensions also allow you to generate forms that require payroll data.

You make Customizing settings for HR Forms in Customizing for Payroll Russia, by choosing HR Forms Workplace.
