HCM_LOC_CI_19: Management of State Awards (New)
Use
As of SAP enhancement package 5 for SAP ERP 6.0 (EA-HRCRU 605), business function HCM, Payroll and Travel Management Topics for Russia (HCM_LOC_CI_19), you can use the new State Award Certificate (861) subtype in the Documents and Certificates (0290) infotype to store details of the state awards that your employees receive. If you use the new subtype, you no longer store state awards in the Awards/Decorations (0861) infotype.
The new State Award Certificate (861) subtype enables you to meet legal and general business requirements in Russia as follows:
- Record all details of state awards in the master data records of your employees
- Record details of state awards independently of a personnel order
To store details about state awards in the past, you had to create a record in the Personnel Orders (0298) infotype, even though state awards are not connected with personnel orders.
- Output information about state awards in section VI of form T-2, as required by the authorities in Russia
- Store details about state awards for employees who are concurrently employed
Since the authorities issue state awards to people, the master data records for state awards must be shared by all personnel assignments of a concurrently employed person.
Effects on Existing Data
If you use the new subtype to store state awards, you must transfer data about state awards from the existing tables in which you stored data about state awards. To transfer the data to the required tables, in Customizing for Payroll Russia, choose Awards -> State Awards -> Migrate Awards to Documents and Certificates Infotype.
