HCM_LOC_CI_19: Management of Personnel Orders (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 5 for SAP ERP 6.0 (EA-HRCRU 605), business function HCM, Payroll and Travel Management Topics for Russia (HCM_LOC_CI_19), you can use the following new features related to personnel orders:

• Use new subtypes to meet legal and general business requirements related to business trips
  For more information, see HCM_LOC_CI_19: Travel Management Forms (New).

• Assign a number and the system date to records in the Personnel Orders (0298) infotype automatically
  To assign a number and the system date, you select the No. and Date checkbox in Customizing for Payroll Russia under Reporting -> Personnel Administration -> Personnel Order Management -> Assign Subtypes in Personnel Orders Infotype to Document Types.

• Convert existing subtypes to new subtypes that you can create to meet customer-specific requirements
  The conversion of subtypes enables you to better control the records in the Personnel Orders (0298) infotype. For example, you can create your own, customer-specific subtype to store data related to a single document type, rather than using a generic subtype for all document types. You access the conversion report in Customizing for Payroll Russia under Reporting -> Personnel Administration -> Personnel Order Management -> Convert Subtype Records in Personnel Orders Infotype.

Effects on Existing Data

The Personnel Orders (0298) infotype contains the following new subtypes, which you use to store data about business trips:

• Business Trip Certificate (10)
  This subtype contains data relevant for form T-10.

• Business Trip Task (11)
  This subtype contains data relevant for form T-10a.

You make the Customizing settings for this function in Customizing for Payroll Russia under Reporting -> Personnel Administration -> Personnel Order Management ->

• Assign Subtypes in Personnel Orders Infotype to Document Types
