Payroll Singapore: Changes and Enhancements

Use

You can now separately generate information on both the Voluntary Central Provident Fund (VCPF) contributions and the Mandatory CPF contributions.

The enhanced Create CPF monthly reports (Singapore specific) report (RPCCPFR0) has a new Voluntary CPF as output of the report indicator. When you select this indicator, the report will separately generate the information on VCPF contributions. It also prints the Employer Reference Number for the VCPF. Else, the report will only generate information on the mandatory CPF.

The table view Extras for Personnel Area / Personnel Subarea (V_T5R0P) has a new option, wherein you can maintain the Employer Reference Number for VCPF.

Note

The option for separately generating information on VCPF and mandatory CPF is only valid from October 1, 2003.

Maintain the employer reference number for VCPF in the IMG under Payroll Singapore -> Basic Settings -> Maintain employer's tax and CPF number.
