List of Issued Sickness Certificates

Description

The Association of Austrian Social Insurance Agencies (Hauptverband der Sozialversicherungsträger) requires employers to keep a list of all sickness certificates and dental treatment certificates issued to his or her employees. This list must contain certain minimum data for each person and each quarter.

You use the report RPCKSGA0 (Sickness Certificates/Sickness Certificate Fees - Issue List (AT)) to create a list of certificates issued. For information about this report, refer to the report documentation.

The report RPLKSHA0 (Sickness Certificate - Ongoing List AT), which was previously used to create an ongoing list of sickness certificates issued, has been deleted.

To run the new report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Europe -> Austria -> Subsequent Activities -> Period-Independent -> Reporting -> Sickness Certificates -> List of Issued Sickness Certificates.
