Municipal Tax Liability for Factored Leave Compensation/Leave Compensation

Features

According to the administrative court verdict (VwGH 99/15/0065) of April 22, 1999, leave compensation and factored leave compensation are now liable to municipal tax.

The following SAP model wage types have been redefined so that leave compensation and factored leave compensation now influence the assessment basis for municipal tax (wage type /105):

• M430 Factored Leave Compensation

• M435 Leave Compensation

• M438 UE/UA: > Quarterly Income

The technical wage types for the Payment Upon Leaving A infotype (0527) that are relevant for processing factored leave compensation and leave compensation have also been defined as follows:

• /I30 Factored Leave Compensation IT0527

• /I35 Leave Compensation IT0527

• /I36 UA: > Quart. Inc. IT0527

• /I38 UE: > Quart. Inc. IT0527
