Public Sector Employee Self Service (ESS) Scenarios

Scope of Functions

In this current release, the following new ESS Scenarios are provided for the Australian Public Sector:

• Leave Management

• it allows an employee to be able to request leave and specify as much information as they could if they were using the SAP R/3 System and the employee can request the Leave via Internet/Intranet

• Higher Duties

• it allows an employee to be able to display in a table, a list of all higher duties that have been recorded in the system for a specified period of time

• Superannuation

• it allows an employee to be able to maintain (i.e. create and change) their superannuation information. The initial screen should display in a table, all of the superannuation infotypes that exist for the employee

• Prior Service

• it allows an employee to be able to display in a table, a list of all prior service records that have been recorded in the system for a specified period of time
