Changes to Interface for Infotype 0036 Social Insurance Data CH

Use

The user interface for infotype 0036 Social Insurance Data CH has been changed as follows:

Up until now, you could choose the info pushbutton to display the payroll unit for the corresponding line together with the appropriate data for the employee.

The transaction subsequent to the info pushbutton has been changed so that a broader range of information is now displayed. The navigation options enable the user to display additional relevant data. From a technical perspective, this was made possible by changing the way the screen is called. If you choose the info pushbutton, program RPLABRC0 HR-CH: Payroll Units Human Resources Switzerland is called. This program displays the following data:

Data displayed above the tree structure

  • Key date
    The key date is always the end date of the selected infotype record. The data displayed in accordance with this key date can vary, especially if several records exist.
  • Payroll unit
    The system displays the payroll unit that corresponds to the application key and to which the employee is assigned on the key date.

Data displayed in the tree structure
The following data is displayed within the tree structure:

  • The application key in accordance with the selected info pushbutton
  • The feature assigned to the application key
  • All of the payroll units that exist for the application key
    The payroll unit to which the employee is assigned on the key date is highlighted in red.
    All of the application keys of other payroll units are also displayed. To display detailed information on an individual payroll unit, simply double-click on it.

Pushbuttons in the menu bar provide you with additional navigation options:

  • Addresses
    This pushbutton enables you to display address data for the payroll unit on which you have placed the cursor, or address data for all payroll units.
  • Employee's contribution rates, bonuses, and allowances
    The text displayed for the pushbutton depends on the selected info pushbutton. The pushbutton enables you to display the employee's contribution rates and family-related bonuses. The data is valid on the key date.
  • Payroll unit on key date
    If you choose this pushbutton, the system displays data on the payroll unit to which the employee is assigned on the key date.
