Payroll China: Labor Contract Management (New)
Use
As of SAP ECC 6.0, the Labor Contract Management enables you to perform the following tasks:
- When hiring an employee, to save the China specific contract information
- During regular monthly payroll, to compare the employee's salary with the applicable minimum salary and take actions if required
- When the labor contract terminates, to calculate the severance pay and payment in lieu of notice
The following new infotypes are available:
- Contract Elements (0016) - you save employee's contract information, especially China-specific information
- Special Payments (3212) - you save employee's applicable minimum salary area and the information related to calculation of the severance pay and payment in lieu of notice
