Payroll China: Labor Contract Management (New)

Use

As of SAP ECC 6.0, the Labor Contract Management enables you to perform the following tasks:

  • When hiring an employee, to save the China specific contract information
  • During regular monthly payroll, to compare the employee's salary with the applicable minimum salary and take actions if required

The following new infotypes are available:

  • Contract Elements (0016) - you save employee's contract information, especially China-specific information
  • Special Payments (3212) - you save employee's applicable minimum salary area and the information related to calculation of the severance pay and payment in lieu of notice
