Statements with SAPScript Output

Scope of Functions

"Statements" has been redesigned for this release.

  1. Formatting for forms has been changed to SAPscript.

Conversion to SAPScript makes it possible for you to design statements individually. In the future, you can include graphics such as company logos or signatures, and choose between various proportional fonts.

  1. There is less maintenance when updating statements

A changed customizing concept means that customizing tables and the SAPScript form are available when updating your customer client. The customer only has to maintain the statement wage types and individual window elements in the SAPScript form, for example, logos.

  1. The statements created can be saved to a optical archive
  2. New Functions
  • The customer can freely assign the statements to functional areas
  • The sender can be determined using feature DZUBT
  • It is possible to indicate unpaid absences for statements
  • Wage type bases are calculated that can be reused in all statements

For more information on the 'Statements' tool, see the Implementation Guide (IMG), under

Payroll -> Payroll Germany -> Statements from 4.6A

To view the redesigned 'Statements', choose

Human Resources -> Payroll -> Europe -> Germany -> Subsequent Activities -> Period-independent -> Payroll-related area -> Statements
