Improvements to Payroll in the Construction Industry

Use

Social Fund Procedure

You can process the reimbursement of training remuneration over the social fund procedure. Either the system calculates the amount to reinbursed automatically, or you can enter it manually.

In addition, the personnel calculation rule DBE0 and the function DBAU AVGE have been added to the standard schema DTB5.

Effects on Customizing

You can make settings relating to the automatic reimbursement of training remuneration in the implementation guide (IMG). You must maintain the following points:

• Define Payscale Area Groupings

• Assign Pay Scales and Areas to Pay Scale Area Groupings

• Set Up Flat Rate for Capped Amounts and Percentages
