New Assedic statement and new contracts management

Use

The Assedic Statement is a legal statement : employers are required to deliver the form to each employee at the end of their contract.

The form which is now edited using the SAPscript tool for the Assedic statement has now been certified by UNEDIC under the certification number 1022. The SAP form can now be sent directly to the corresponding institutions.

Effects on Existing Data

To meet legal requirements and ensure implementation of this new functionality, several objects have been integrated in the system :

  • report RPLAASF1, designed for editing Assedic statement, replaces the old report.
  • infotype 'Fonction interne' (0034) is from now on used to store the particular status and job type of the employee
  • new tables have been created to set the new contracts management used for Assedic Statement :
  • T5F43 and T5F44 to link sub-types of infotype 0034 to the particular status and job type,

  • T5F45 to identify casual employees, interim employees and expatriates.

  • a new view, V_T5FPER, has been created to maintain periodicity of bonuses and compensations.

Implementation of new functionality also implied some changes in existing data. Thus, several fields have been added in existing tables to enter following information :

  • Concerning new contracts management,
  • modifier 'catégorie d'emploi par contrat' and information about 'contrats de type particulier' have to be stored in table T5F42,

  • other modifier 'catégorie d'emploi par statut / catégorie de salarié' has to be stored in table T5F03,

  • third modifier 'catégorie d'emploi par domaine / sous-domaine' has been created in table T5F1P.

  • Concerning contribution funds for pension, new field 'catégorie d'organisme' had been added in table T5F1A to classify them.

Effects on Customizing

Implementation guide (IMG) chapter about Assedic Statement is completely reorganized.
To perform required customizing in your system, plese follow the instructions included in IMG-Chapter 'Attestation Assedic' (see Payroll France → other evaluations).

Nouvelle Attestation Assedic et nouvelle gestion des contrats

Description de la fonctionnalité

Le formulaire désormais édité par l'outil d'édition SAPscript pour l'Attestation Assedic a obtenu de l'UNEDIC le numéro d'agrément 1022. Il peut ainsi être communiqué en l'état aux organismes compétents.

Répercussions sur les données existantes

Pour assurer l'implémentation de cette fonctionnalité et répondre à la demande légale, un certain nombre de nouveaux objets ont été créés dans le système :

  • le programme RPLAASF1 d'édition de l'attestation a été créé pour remplacer le programme existant auparavant.
  • l'infotype 'Fonction interne' (0034) est désormais utilisé pour saisir le statut ou la catégorie d'emploi particulier du salarié.
  • de nouvelles tables sont à paramétrer pour mettre en place la nouvelle gestion des contrats utilisée pour l'Attestation Assedic :
  • T5F43 et T5F44 pour relier les sous-types de l'infotype 0034 aux catégorie et statut particuliers,

  • T5F45 pour identifier les intermittents, intérimaires et expatriés.

  • une nouvelle vue, V_T5FPER a été créée pour gérer la périodicité des primes et indemnités.

L'implémentation de cette nouvelle fonctionnalité a également impliqué l'adapation de certaines données existantes. Ainsi, plusieurs nouvelles zones ont été intégrées dans des tables suivantes :

  • Concernant la nouvelle gestion des contrats
  • un modificateur 'catégorie d'emploi par contrat' et l'information 'contrats de type particulier'sont à saisir dans la table T5F42,

  • un autre modificateur 'catégorie d'emploi par statut / catégorie de salarié' est à saisir dans la table T5F03,

  • un troisième modificateur 'catégorie d'emploi par domaine / sous-domaine' a été créé dans la table T5F1P.

  • Concernant les caisses de retraite complémentaire, une nouvelle zone 'catégorie d'organisme' a été créée dans la table T5F1A pour les classifier.

Customizing

Le chapitre du guide d'implémentation (IMG) traitant de l'Attestation a été complètement remanié.
Pour effectuer le paramétrage nécessaire, suivez les instructions de paramétrage du chapitre 'Attestation Assedic' de l'IMG (suivre : Paie France → Autres exploitations).
