QM: Quality Notifications/Defect Data in the Serial Number History
Description
As of Release 3.0E, you can display the quality notifications or defect data created with reference to serial numbers in the serial number history. This was not possible through Release 3.0D.

If quality notifications or defect data with reference to serial numbers already exist for inspection lots in your system, you can repair this dataset using the correction program RQMQNC10.
You cannot process any notifications or defect data while the system is executing this report.
