QM/PM/CS: Logging a Telephone Call
Description
You can use the following functions to log a telephone call made in the course of processing a notification:
- Telephone contact with SAPphone
With this function, you can use SAPphone to initiate a telephone call. The system logs your telephone number and the number of your call partner in the notification as an activity. To use this function, your computer and telephone must must be linked.
- Telephone contact without SAPphone
Using this function, the system can log the basic data of a telephone call (call partner, date, and time) and the details of the call as an activity in the notification.
- Internal Remark
Using this function, you can record notes or remarks pertaining to the overall subject matter of a notification. The system logs the information in the notification as an activity.
