Official Document Numbering (Thailand - Changed)

Use

As of SAP ECC 5.00 (SAP_APPL 500), the official document numbering functions have changed.

Automatic Assignment of Business Places

The functions for the automatic assignment of business places to accounting documents generated from outside Financial Accounting (FI) have changed. As a result, you can now specify a default business place for each company code.

For these purposes, SAP has added new activities to the Implementation Guide.

Other Changes to IMG

The IMG for official document numbering now also includes the activities for defining allocation keys for the Payment Program.

Also, to make navigation easier, the IMG has been restructured.

Make the settings in Customizing for Cross-Application Components, by choosing General Application Functions -> Cross-Application Document Numbering -> Thailand -> Business Places -> Business Place Determination -> For Accounting Documents Generated Outside FI.
