FIN_LOC_CI_27: Workflow Management (New)

Use

As of EAPPLGLO 607 SP01, business function RE-FX Localization for China (FIN_LOC_CI_27), you can apply new country-specific functions in addition to the standard Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) solution. The new functions enable you to use workflow to manage content approval for a contract version.

When workflow is enabled, contract version requests are submitted to and managed in one centralized work environment - the SAP Business Workplace.

The new solution offers you the following functions:

  • Automate the approval routing for a version request via the SAP Business Workplace.
  • You can define the number of approval levels.
  • You can assign user agents responsible at each approval level.
