Rental Unit Master Data: New Fields

Scope of Functions

The following fields have been added to the rental unit master data:

• Land register number (Tabstrip General Data)

• Apportionment loss risk percentage surcharge (Tabstrip Additional Data)

• Public subsidy from and Public subsidy to ( " )

• Margin (Tabstrip Fixtures/Fittings)

This field is used to position the rental unit within the representative list of rents margin.

• The fixtures and fittings characteristics (Tabstrip Fixtures/Fittings) now include the Amount/AU and Valid-from fields. These values are taken into consideration when the new rent is determined in a rent adjustment according to the representative list of rents.
