Correspondence Applications: Assignment Change

Scope of Functions

1. Correspondence application 100 is now used when printing rental agreement forms.
2. Correspondence application 008 is now used when printing the accompanying letter for rental agreement forms.
3. Correspondence application 110 is now used when printing the rental agreements and notice confirmations.
4. Correspondence application 101 is now used when printing rental collateral forms.

You must make the following new assignments:

1. All correspondence activities for rental agreement print to correspondence application 100
2. All correspondence activities for accompanying letters for rental agreements to correspondence application 008
3. All correspondence activities for notice given by the landlord or for confirmation of notice given by the tenant to correspondence application 110
4. All correspondence activities for printing rental collateral forms to correspondence application 101
