Standardization of forms in 3.0

Description

The following SD forms have been changed within cross-application form standardization:
- RVORDER01 (output types AN00, AF00, BA00, KO00, LP00)
- RVDELNOTE (output type LD00)
- SD_LOADING_LIST (output type LL00)
- SD_INVOICE_LIST (output type LR00)
- RVINVOICE01 (output types RD00, RD01)
- SD_CASH_SALE (output type RD03)
- SD-CAS-MAIL (output types MAAK, MAK1)

If you used the previous standard forms and want to continue doing so, you must copy the forms into the required clients before the update.
